An Easy Way to Handle Pay Stubs

When I decided to become a small business owner, I knew that there were going to be growing pains in some aspects of this new life I was creating. Thankfully though, they were few and far between, and not very painful either. Perhaps the most noticeable one to me when I first hired on a teen to deliver orders for me was in trying to handle his taxes myself. I had inquired about the cost of an accountant, and it was just too much. Thankfully, I found a paystub generator not long after doing his first two checks on my own.

I thought it would be easy enough, but I could not figure out the taxes to save my life. There are just so many different ones, and I did not want to mess them up at all. I knew I needed help, but I was still trying to avoid hiring an accountant for this. I didn’t want to end up paying more than what he was even making! I looked online, figuring that I could not be the only one in this boat, and I was able to find exactly what I needed.

ThePayStubs is a company that does all the work for me. All I had to do initially was put in my own information, including my company name and address. Then, I put in some information for the teen I had hired. All I have to do now is put in how many hours he has worked and the amount of money he gets paid, and everything is sorted out for me. I only have to pay a small fee for it, which is much lower than what I would pay an accountant for this. It is emailed to me instantly, and I am able to print it and have it in my employee’s hands within minutes. It really does not get much easier than that.

We Have Hughesnet Satellite Internet for Our RV

I like having a stable Internet source when we are in our RV. We like to travel, and we have good and bad experiences with RV park Internet service. When we added Hughesnet satellite Internet to our rig, we finally had reliable Internet service. Now you do need to understand that we will use the free Wi-Fi at campgrounds and parks, but we only do that if it is stable. I mean we can take spotty service if we are just looking at websites, but we need reliability when working on the road. We are full time travelers, and we do online work.

Another time we like stable Internet service is when streaming a show or movie. It gets really annoying to see a buffering message due to a choked RV park Internet service or low Wi-Fi signal. Some places have invested in an elaborate Internet to keep all the customers happy. Some places have not. Having the Hughesnet satellite Internet service lets us connect any time at any place we happen to pull our RV over and park. We use free Wi-Fi in shopping plazas, and we sometimes do overnight stays at Walmarts. If we are out where there is no cell signal or any Wi-Fi, the Hughesnet still works. Its dish looks right up into the sky at the satellite, and it forms a two-way communication. A downlink for downloading data, and an uplink for sending requests and uploads to the Internet.

The monthly service offers us enough data to make it useful for us. It is less than the cost of our 4G cellular data that we used to use when we did not have free Wi-Fi or a park connection to the Internet. We also use it at our rural home that we keep for use when not on the road.
